Daily inspection
After the cooler is put into operation, the operator shall conduct patrol inspection on the heat exchanger regularly to judge whether it operates normally.
(1) Check the process parameters, and it is strictly prohibited to operate under overtemperature and overpressure.
(2) Check whether the partition groove, pot and interface flange have leakage.
(3) Check the stability of foundation support.
(4) Check the vibration of cooler and pipeline.
(5) Regularly check the oil color and the temperature change after heat exchange.
Routine maintenance
Most of the cooling water in the cooler contains calcium, magnesium ions and acid carbonate. When the cooling water flows through the metal surface, carbonate is formed. In addition, oxygen dissolved in cooling water will also cause metal corrosion and rust. Due to the generation of rust scale, the heat exchange effect decreases. In severe cases, cooling water has to be sprayed outside the shell. In severe cases, the pipe will be blocked and the heat exchange effect will lose its effect. The research data show that scale deposits have a great impact on the loss of heat transfer. With the increase of deposits, it will increase the energy cost, save energy, prolong the service life of equipment, and save production time and cost.
